Have Black market be a traders that everyone can get access to too be able to do sellables. But have it where you can rob people only over game chat so everyone in the area can here you say "This is a robbery" or something like that.

I think humanitarian aid air drops and weapons drops would be something really cool to see, it would just be nice to something other than heli crashes and maybe make the military weapons drop full of high tiers weapons and maybe a couple clothing sets

make the loot in bunkers better for example more boom. Gives the players a reason to get out of base in the weekday and makes the punch cards less worthless

If weed barrels are valuable enough, players would have a reason to collect, trade, and protect them, which would create a more active player-driven economy. Increasing their price would give weed barrels an actual purpose beyond just being another loot item and could help create a unique economy for the server.
